CARBALHO 81.055

A tropical tree native to South America (Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo) belonging to the Proteaceae family with the scientific name of Euplassa cantareirae, it is an evergreen plant that grows up to 20meters.

This species shows a very dense textured figure that gives it an attractive appeal.

The grain pattern forms the typical “snakeskin” seen on the inside of the tree you find in this Tabu 81.055 veneer gives an articulate and never predictable texture to the veneers, and which gains strength from the hues that enhance the contrasts in the wood.
