Inlay made with natural veneers dyed with fine quality of different wood species. Inspired by the centuries-old olive trees of Gargano, on hot and sunny summer days, and by the large and thick foliage that inebriates the sight with thousands and thousands of reflections. Starting from the study of the shape of the olive leaf and its branches, reworked through a process of geometrization and synthesis of the shapes themselves, we arrive at a fantasy based on elongated hexagons arranged in a herringbone pattern. For this project, 4 natural veneers dyed with shades ranging from green to beige are used. A second chromatic variant uses brown and beige shades.
